GOOGLE PLAY PURCHASES
Purchases & refunds
Premium ships are optional one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each requires the pilot level shown in Hangar. You can try a 60-second preview before buying, and the campaign can be completed with earned ships. Google Play shows the localized total and checkout information before confirmation.
A purchase has not appeared
Check that Google Play completed the payment, connect to the internet and choose Restore purchases in Hangar using the purchasing Google account. Pending or cancelled payments do not unlock content. A temporary verification failure does not require another payment; try restoration again later. Cloud progress does not restore a purchase by itself.
Requesting a refund or support
Refund eligibility and any applicable withdrawal rights follow the law and Google Play's purchase process. There is no blanket no-refunds rule. Consult Google Play's refund information and your order history, or contact relaxedstudioplays@gmail.com with the order reference and product name. Never send card details, passwords, verification codes or raw purchase tokens.
Where a checkout requests consent to immediate digital delivery and explains an effect on a withdrawal right, review that information before confirming. Nothing on this page waives statutory remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A refunded or revoked purchase can stop granting premium access when revalidated; signed offline access is limited to 30 days.
Test payments
Joining a testing track alone does not make purchases free. Use a Google test payment method only where Google explicitly offers it to your authorized license-test account. An ordinary payment method can incur a real charge.
